Glass

Injection vials and screw threaded bottles

We offer tubular and molded glass for injection purposes, including lyophilisation. Some vials, mainly 6R and 8R and 8H, are regularly stocked with us in 1st hydr class clear, hygiene shrink-packed. For liquid and lyophilized preparations, hygiene shrink packed, from molded or tube glass, hydrolytical classes to USP, clear or amber, threads per DIN 168. Most common threads are 14×2.5mm and 18x3mm. For fitting closures, stoppers, and dropping devices please see Rubber | Plastic

TestTubes + fitting closures for laboratory purposes

100x12mm are standard, others upon request. For closures, please see Plastic.

Tablet Bottles

Up to 45ml amber: from tube glass 2nd hydr. class, larger sizes from molded glass 3rd hydr. class, hygiene shrink packed. For fitting closures and devices please see Plastic

Rubber Stoppers

Stoppers for injection and lyophilisation purposes

Ø 13 and 20mm, in synthetic rubber of mainly red and grey color for fitting ATB-vials as per DIN ISO 8362, resp. for screw bottles with 14 and 18mm threads .

Dropper bulbs

For DIN 168 GL 18x3mm screw bottles, of natural rubber, in colors white, blue, red, and black, in sets available with matching glass pipettes and screw caps. Full bodied stoppers are available for DIN 168 GL 14×2.5mm – GL 18x3mm – GL 22x3mm thread. For fitting components please see Glass | Plastic All rubber items are batch wise manufactured under GMP-rules and DIN ISO 9001. Most ATB and Lyo Stoppers are packed clean-room in Sterilizable Bags.

Aluminium

Caps – plain aluminium and with plastic tops (Kombicaps)

Caps – plain or lacquered aluminium, centre or total tear-off, resp. with plastic tops (Kombicaps), Ø13 and 20mm – fitting to our glass and rubber items, several colors stocked.

Plastic

Screw caps mainly in 14 and 18mm sizes, with and without inserts of various characteristics

We offer various plastic screw bottles with fitting closures, as well as scaled syringes for dosage purposes.

Our range gives you a variety of plastic screw caps, colored, also available with inserts, with or without Teflon coating, all applicable to all DIN 168-screw bottle.
